I'm really new but enthusiastic about web designing. I've been reading some materials but can't find answers to these questions:
* What's the HTML code to make a specific font face and size the default all throughout the webpage? I know how to specify fonts for certain sections only.
* What's the code to insert frames in webpages especially the master page? I'd appreciate an example, if you please...
