Bloodshed DEV C++ from CNET or ZDNET is dummy friendly and free

There is no really easy compiler. The more you learn about the language the more features you realize the compiler has..=))
But I think you can go for DJGPP
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/
It will take some minutes to learn how to compile and stuff. =)
