I do not know what you want. But the "msoftcon.h" you mentioned is part of the visual c++. And "borlacon.h" is part of borland c++ builder. By including either of these files in respective environment you can get graphics in the console/shell.

It does not really belong in here as it is C++ and dependent.

I have never used them so I cannot help you more than that. Sorry.
